AFORCE is a forensic-science operations tool for Royal Thai Police officers serving the five southern border provinces of Thailand. We respect the privacy of every user and provide this notice to explain how personal data is handled. This policy is issued in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

นโยบายฉบับนี้ใช้กับการเข้าใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน AFORCE บนระบบปฏิบัติการ iOS และ Android โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ได้รับอนุญาต
This policy applies to use of the AFORCE application on iOS and Android by authorized officers.

วัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้ข้อมูล
Purposes of Use
เราเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการดำเนินงาน ดังนี้
We collect personal data for the following purposes:

- To authenticate users and verify their authorization as police officers.

- To support criminal investigations and forensic examination work.
- เพื่อบันทึกหลักฐาน รายงาน และผลการตรวจพิสูจน์ในระบบราชการ
- To record evidence, reports, and examination results within the official system.
- เพื่อแจ้งเตือนและสื่อสารระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคดี
- To notify and enable communication between officers working on related cases.
- เพื่อตรวจสอบและรักษาความปลอดภัยของระบบ
- To monitor system security and detect unauthorized activity.
เราจะไม่ ใช้ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้เพื่อการตลาด การโฆษณา หรือเปิดเผยให้บุคคลที่สามนอกหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องในทุกกรณี
We will never use user data for marketing, advertising, or disclosure to any third party outside the relevant government agencies.

ข้อมูลการยืนยันตัวตนผ่าน ThaID
Identity Verification via ThaID
การเข้าใช้งานต้องผ่านการยืนยันตัวตนด้วย ThaID ซึ่งเป็นระบบของกรมการปกครอง กระทรวงมหาดไทย ในกระบวนการนี้เราจะได้รับเลขประจำตัวประชาชน ชื่อ-นามสกุล และผลการตรวจสอบใบหน้า (สำเร็จ/ไม่สำเร็จ) จาก ThaID เท่านั้น ภาพใบหน้าและข้อมูลไบโอเมตริกซ์จะไม่ถูกส่งหรือจัดเก็บที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา
Access requires authentication via ThaID, the official digital identity system operated by the Department of Provincial Administration. From ThaID we receive only the national ID number, full name, and the result of face verification (success or failure). No facial images or biometric data are transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Location Data
แอปพลิเคชันจะขออนุญาตเข้าถึงพิกัด GPS เฉพาะเมื่อเจ้าหน้าที่บันทึกรายงานคดี ตรวจสถานที่เกิดเหตุ หรือใช้ฟังก์ชันแผนที่ ข้อมูลนี้จะถูกบันทึกพร้อมรายงานคดีที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น เราไม่ติดตามตำแหน่งของผู้ใช้แบบต่อเนื่อง
The app requests GPS access only when an officer files a case report, conducts a scene examination, or uses the map feature. Coordinates are logged only with the associated case record. We do not continuously track user location.

ในการบันทึกหลักฐาน เจ้าหน้าที่อาจถ่ายภาพหรืออัปโหลดไฟล์ภาพจากอุปกรณ์ ภาพและสื่อเหล่านี้จะถูกผูกกับรหัสคดีและจัดเก็บภายใต้ความปลอดภัยของระบบศูนย์พิสูจน์หลักฐาน 10 เท่านั้น
For evidentiary documentation, officers may capture or upload images from the device. These media are linked to specific case IDs and stored only within the secured systems of Forensic Science Center 10.

Authorized officers may access and record data necessary for their forensic duties within their assigned scope. Access is governed by role-based permissions granted by Forensic Science Center 10.

Case information, suspect records, and evidence are protected as official government information under applicable law. Structural details of the internal systems are reserved information of the agency.

Device Technical Information
เราเก็บข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิคที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ ได้แก่ รุ่นอุปกรณ์ ระบบปฏิบัติการและเวอร์ชันแอป IP Address ที่ใช้เข้าระบบ และบันทึกการเข้าใช้งานสำหรับการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย
We collect technical information necessary for service delivery, including device model, operating system and app version, the IP address used to access the system, and access logs for security auditing.

Data Retention
เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามระยะเวลาที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้งานและตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ดังนี้
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and as required by law:
- ข้อมูลบัญชีเจ้าหน้าที่ — เก็บตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผู้ใช้งานยังปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในระบบ และลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ภายใน 90 วันหลังการยุติสิทธิ์
- Officer account data — retained while the user remains active, then deleted or anonymized within 90 days after access is revoked.
- ข้อมูลคดีและพยานหลักฐาน — เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายและระเบียบของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติกำหนด
- Case data and evidence — retained as required by law and Royal Thai Police regulations.
- บันทึกการเข้าใช้งานระบบ (audit log) — เก็บไม่เกิน 1 ปี เพื่อการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย
- Access logs (audit log) — retained for up to 1 year for security auditing.

Your Rights
ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ท่านในฐานะเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล มีสิทธิ์ดังต่อไปนี้
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the following rights:

- สิทธิ์ในการขอลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล ในกรณีที่ไม่จำเป็นสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ตามกฎหมายอีกต่อไป
- Right to request deletion when data is no longer needed for the lawful purpose.
- สิทธิ์ในการคัดค้านหรือระงับการประมวลผลข้อมูล
- Right to object to or restrict processing.
- สิทธิ์ในการร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)
- Right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
การใช้สิทธิ์อาจมีข้อจำกัดในกรณีที่ข้อมูลเกี่ยวข้องกับการสืบสวนสอบสวนคดี ความมั่นคงของรัฐ หรือเป็นข้อมูลลับของทางราชการตามกฎหมาย ท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้โดยติดต่อตามช่องทางท้ายเอกสารนี้

We apply appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. These measures follow the standards required by Thai government regulations and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
ในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อาจมีผลกระทบต่อสิทธิและเสรีภาพของเจ้าของข้อมูล เราจะแจ้งให้สำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ทราบภายใน 72 ชั่วโมง ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
In the event of a personal data breach affecting the rights or freedoms of data subjects, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours, as required by law.

แอปพลิเคชัน AFORCE ไม่ได้ออกแบบหรือมีไว้สำหรับผู้เยาว์อายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี การใช้งานสงวนไว้สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่ได้รับอนุญาตเท่านั้น
The AFORCE application is not designed for or directed at minors under 20 years of age. Use is restricted to authorized police officers only.
